Overview

The Batemo Engineering Team was formed to have a dedicated internal team that works with our own products everyday for our customers. That means we have the manpower to show you what is possible with our tools.

At the begin­ning of our engineering projects, we come together to disscuss your specific design case. Together, we work out a robust project plan that incor­po­rates various simula­tion cases and possible valida­tions by measure­ment. After thoroughly working the case, we share our insights, data and models with you. By sharing our simula­tion models, we enable you to advance your own design process at any point in time you wish to.

In the Batemo Cell Explorer, you can see the wide selec­tion of battery cells of all formats and chemistries we have included in our model library. All these cell models are directly avail­able off-the-shelf for conducting case studies. From this basis, we can run bench­marking simula­tions consid­ering the whole market, your relevant KPIs and exactly the opera­tion conditions specific to your application. 

Cell Design

Take a shortcut from the endless manufac­turing of cell proto­types. Find out what works – faster and with more freedom, by going digital.
With the Batemo Cell Designer, we can find the best cell design parame­ters for your appli­ca­tion simulation-based.

We will start with an already manufac­tured cell of yours and tweak the inner parame­ters. Regard­less of material thick­nesses, dimen­sions, microstruc­ture and more, we can tell you how to get the best impact!
