Engineering projects

Sometimes you need the answer, not the tool.

Everything else on this site is something you run yourself. This is the other way: we measure, model and validate, and you get the finding — together with every measurement, model and simulation setup created along the way.

Describe your project

Everything we build in your project stays with you.

Measurements, models, simulation setups — all of it is handed over at the end. That matters more than it sounds: it means the next question does not require another project, and it means you can check our reasoning instead of trusting it.

How a project actually runs.

Five steps. The third one is the one that decides whether the answer is usable, and it is also the one most likely to be skipped when a project runs late — so it is named here on purpose.

  1. 01

We work out what would actually answer it

Most requests arrive as a decision, not as a simulation task — “which cell for this platform”, “why does this pack age faster than the last one”. The first step is turning that into something a model can answer, and saying so if it cannot.

  2. 02

    Modeling and simulation

The cells in question are measured and parameterized, or taken from the existing library if they are already in it. Then the study runs — across the operating range that matters for your case, not the one that is convenient to measure.

  3. 03

    Data analysis and validation

Results are checked against measurements the model was not fitted to. This is the step that decides whether an answer is usable, and it is the one that gets skipped when a project is running late.

  4. 04

    Presentation of findings

You get the reasoning, not only the number — which effect drives the result, how sensitive it is, and where the model stops being reliable. An answer whose limits are unknown cannot be built on.

  5. 05

Delivery of all data and models

Everything created in the project is handed over: the measurements, the models, the simulation setups. You are not left depending on us to ask the next question.

Why the answer holds.

The models used in your project are the same ones we sell, validated the same way: against experiments covering the full operating range, including measurements in the interpolation and extrapolation regime that the model’s creator has never seen. A quarter of that validation set is unknown even to us.

If you need the decision

Describe the question you need answered.

An engineer who has measured these cells reads your message — not a mailbox, and not a sales desk that forwards it.
